We serve businesses, employees, and families by simplifying residential moves and corporate employee relocations from start to finish.

We facilitate moves nationwide, with strong networks along the East Coast, Florida, Texas, and California, as well as key metropolitan hubs like New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

Yes.  While many clients use us for interstate or corporate moves, our concierge model can simplify even local relocations by managing real estate, financing, and setup.

Every relocation is unique, so pricing depends on scope.  We offer tiered packages:

  • Basic - ReLo1 gets your move started by connecting you with a distinguished realtor, managing move logistics, coordinating vehicle and pet transport, initiating utility start / stop services and arranging move-in & move-out home cleans.  We cover the basics from beginning to end.
  • Essentials - For a fully supported move, the Essentials includes the Basic package and expands service coverage to protect your free time.  ReLo 1 provides lender introductions as well as arrangements for WiFi, cable, phone, and home security setup.  Additionally, we coordinate extended vehicle & collectibles transport, storage solutions, and temporary housing placement - delivering a comprehensive transition.
  • Turn-key - For a hands-free move, the Turn-key package combines both Basic and Essential services while elevating the experience to include personalized, white-glove support.  Complete your transactional support with connections to our network settlement and insurance partners while ReLo 1 handles coordination of your personal demands.  We arrange packing, unpacking, home organizing, pet boarding and family care providers, as well as home and property services.  Receive a curated menu of local facilities to help you settle in with confidence.  With continued support for 60 days after settlement, we ensure your transition is comfortable well beyond move-in day.

We're transparent.  Some services are billed as flat fees, while others are covered through partnerships (e.g., referral commissions from vetted professionals).  You will always know your costs up front. 

ReLo 1 coordinates your relocation and has partnered with Planes Moving & Storage to handle the physical transportation of your belongings.  Planes Moving & Storage is fully licensed and insured, providing transportation and delivery services with options for professional packing and unpacking to ensure your move is completed safely and efficiently.

Every professional in our network is vetted for ethics, experience, client satisfaction, and market expertise.  We hand-select based on region and your specific needs - not one-size-fits-all.

Absolutely.  We'll integrate your preferred professionals into our process and provide coordination with the rest of your relocation team.

Beyond real estate, we help you settle into your new community - connecting you with schools, wellness provider, private clubs, IT/security support, and more.  This ensures your move isn't just about the house, but about life around it.

Yes.  If your permanent residence isn't ready, we arrange short-term housing that matches your lifestyle and budget.

Yes.  We build corporate relocation programs and manage logistics, track expenses, and minimize downtime.  Whether you're moving one executive or an entire department, we keep transitions smooth and cost-efficient.

Absolutely.  We coordinate directly with HR, finance, and management to ensure compliance, transparency, and employee satisfaction.

Client confidentiality is a top priority.  All partners sign nondisclosure agreements, and we use secure systems for your financial and personal data.

Our concierge service doesn't end on moving day.  We remain available for post-move support - from setting up utilities to recommending contractors and ongoing estate services.
